BET’s “Sistas” Star Roman and his mom Shayla are not holding back one bit when it comes to securing his name in the acting industry and we’re loving the work ethic!!
Roman portrays Zac’s son Michael in the “Sistas” franchise and now he’s starring as Taye Diggs son in a brand new BET+ project.
The new series is titled “Love & Murder: Atlanta Playboy”.
Plot:
“Taye Diggs (All American) stars in a two-part true-crime docudrama, concluding next Thursday, as Lance Herndon, an Atlanta businessman and entrepreneur who gained fame in the 1990s when President Clinton appointed the tech consultant to the White House Conference on Small Business. Locally, Herndon was just as renowned for his womanizing—which led to his brutal and shocking murder in 1996. The film looks back at his life from the perspectives of those who knew him best.”

Love & Murder: Atlanta Play Boy debuts in a two-night event. Part One of the film streams on BET Plus on Thursday, September 21, while Part Two becomes available on the platform on Thursday, September 28.

Sistas follows a group of single Black females as they navigate their “complicated love life,” careers and friendship through the ups and downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. The women must navigate this new-age dating scene as they continue to search for love in their 30’s.
Sistas ensemble cast includes KJ Smith, Mignon, Ebony Obsidian, Novi Brown, Crystal Renee’ Hayslett, DeVale Ellis, Chido Nwokocha, Anthony Dalton II, Brian Jordan Jr., Kevin A. Walton, and Trinity Whiteside.
